Free Graphics Terms of Use

Please take a moment to read the boring wordy legal stuff,  that way you can be absolutely sure you are using the graphics within the Terms of Use as specified. I really have tried to keep it as simple and easy to follow as possible to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

***TERMS OF USE***

The downloadable .PNG files are created and distributed royalty free by Specialeetees.com.

You may use these images for personal projects or commercial works. They may be used for newsletters, bulletins, advertising, pamphlets, banners, print on demand, providing the following condition is adhered to:

All use MUST be by incorporating the graphic within your own work. Therefore you may NOT use the artwork alone "as-is" for designs on tee-shirts, mousepads, framed art, mugs, greeting cards, scrapbook templates etc. that you plan to sell.

Once the graphic has been incorporated into your own work, the copyright of that derivative work remains with you.

There are no restrictions to the amount of finished items/products you distribute as long as the graphic is used only as a part of your own work.

You may not claim them as your own work, copyright of the original graphic remains with the original creator. A credit to the copyright holder or link to Specialeetees.com is not necessary, but a link-back where possible from a blog or site is always appreciated.

The images themselves in their original form may not be sold or used in a collection or distributed in any way via download, CD or any other method of file sharing.

You may not sell the artwork itself or offer it for free downloads on your own website.

They may not be sold on stock or microstock agencies, or used to create work sold on stock or microstock agencies, or used on Flickr, Photobucket, Facebook, myspace or any other social network type environment or its applications.

Non compliance with any of the above terms would be a violation of my copyright. Please use them in the spirit that they are freely given, have fun with them, create with them, and if you're using them on POD venues...create something that others would love to buy with them too.
